We're looking for a Talent Acquisition specialist for our HR office in Milan by temporary employment contract.

We're looking for a Talent Acquisition specialist for our HR office in Milan by temporary employment contract.

Main activities and responsibilities:

- Manages 12 -15 requisitions at a given time with potential to take on more as business needs dictate

- Conducts a thorough prescreen of all prospects prior to presenting to hiring manager for consideration

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources/Law/Economics or related (essential)

- Minimal experience in the role

- Proactivity and curiosity towards the world of HRM

- Good knowledge of Linkedin Recruiter is a must

- Good knowledge of the Office package and familiarity with Excel and PP;

- Good knowledge of English language
