What's The Role About

As Talent Acquisition Specialist, you oversee the full life cycle recruitment of Corporate & Tech positions to help our European expansion.

**Responsibilities**:

- Execute the recruitment plan at international level

- Design and customize hiring stages based on each position's requirements

- Draft job descriptions and interview question kits

- Review HR practices and make sure they are applied through the entire recruiting process

- Collaborate with hiring managers

- Create awareness of the company brand

**Requirements**:

- Fluent in English.

Another language European language is a plus

- Passionate about people and human interaction

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

- A positive, "can do" attitude

- Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in human resources management or similar field
