Our Opportunity

We're hiring an experienced recruiter to join our team as a TA Specialist, primarily focussing on our businesses in Italy.

You can choose to split your time between your nearest Siemens Software office and working at home, and we can consider lots of flexible options for your hours of work.

For this opportunity, **speaking fluent Italian and English is crucial.

What you'll do

- Be the go-to partner to hiring managers, understanding their needs and developing effective relationships with them

- Research and develop insight about the recruiting market, competitor insight, and valuable data to support recruiting strategy

- Mentor our leaders to improve their skills in selection, and hiring, and introduce our business to new ways of recruiting

- Keep our ATS up to date (we use Avature) and be proactive in making our processes more effective

- Lead with an inclusive mentality across our hiring practices

What we're looking for

You'll need to bring a wealth of recruiting experience, and it's crucial to have technology sector knowledge.

We'll be looking for expertise in sourcing and interviewing, as well as phenomenal job ad writing skills.

Talent Acquisition Specialists need to be influential and persuasive communicators; we will look for evidence that you can build trustful relationships with people from all backgrounds.
