**Role Overview**:
As a key partner within our People team based in Milan, Italy, we are looking for a **Talent**Acquisition** **Specialist** who will attract and recruit the best talents, developing Employer Branding strategies and specific talent management projects across Italy to support People growth in line with Company strategy and culture.
**Key Duties/Responsibilities**:
- Lead Talent Acquisition projects in Italy in collaboration with the People Manager, UK head office and all department heads: assessment needs, job posting, screening, interviews, onboarding
- Identify, analyse and report talent management gaps within the business
- Project, design, and implement new Employer Branding strategies
- Manage the induction process for new Managers based in our stores and Italian HQ positions
- Monitor and improve KPI's: feedback, effectiveness, timing, recruitment budget
- Perform job evaluation, define roles, responsibilities, and career path
- Work with People Development to ensure continuous improvement of the e-learning platform and other training tools
- Maintain People personal development plans supporting the stakeholders in the competence and performance evaluations in line with our Talent Review and Talent Mapping strategy
**Skills/Experience/Knowledge needed**:
- Master's Degree preferably in Human related studies
- 3 or more years of experience in similar role in multinational environments
- Experience in Retail business is a plus
- Digital, social networks and new technologies oriented
- Must be an expert in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Power Point and having worked with main Social Media
- Effective planning and management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Good time management skills
- Good team player, energetic, proactive, curious and creative
- Resilience and solution oriented approach
- Languages: Italian and English (C2) mandatory
