Execute innovative sourcing and branding initiatives (i. e.

on-campus and in-company events, social media coverage, gamification)

- Manage end-to-end recruitment process, from CV screening to onboarding

- Make sure business is always aligned on the entire recruitment process

- Improve the recruitment process, using data
