Our company blends the sennder GmbH innovative soul, focused on technology and digitalization, with the expertise and know-how of the largest distribution network in Italy: Poste Italiane.

For the upcoming period, the company will move fully into the sennder organizational structure and adapt the frameworks, ways of working of the sennder group.

IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL. . .

- Collaborate with Hiring Managers to identify recruitment needs for sennder Italia for various department (Commercial, Operations, Finance, HR)

- Maintain clear and strong communication & collaboration at all levels

- Ensure information is properly maintained for reporting purposes within the ATS (Greenhouse)

- Create and analyse recruitment dashboards and proactively share data-centric updates with the leadership team

- Challenge the status quo!

PREFERABLY YOU HAVE. . .

- 2+ years of experience within Recruitment preferably from a start up/scale-up/fast-paces environment.

- Fluency in Italian & English (French or Spanish is a plus)

- Experience in international recruiting

- Analytical skills, you like to play with data

- Excellent communication with great interpersonal skills

- Ability to adapt to changing priorities

- Empowered with great negotiation skills

- Collaboration, detail-oriented, prioritization and organization skills
