You will support Client Partners in identifying and assessing interim managers according to specific project requirements and enrich the talent community to smooth the staffing process. Job Location: MilanKey Responsibilities:Identifies prospective candidates (Talents) using a variety of channels and staffing client assignments according to specified project requirements. Ensures talent skills, experiences, and personal characteristics match specified requirements. Checks references to ensure qualification match, cultural fit, and compatibility with EIM and with the specific client's organisational culture. Ensures appropriate resume identification codes and ranking. Supports EIM client partners in mustering the Talents required for staffing. Supports and participates in structuring processes and tools to enhance and leverage talent processes and procedures and helps maintain and improve them over time. Supports in building and maintaining the community of EIM managers and consultants, ensuring that the world-class database is up to date and relevant to core needs as per clients' assignments. Participates in presenting interim managers to clients as needed. Required Qualifications, Skills, and Experience:Master/Bachelor's degree. At least 2-3 years of experience in recruitment activities, i. e. , screening and evaluating candidates. Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems. Experience and knowledge with sourcing methods and sourcing strategies, as well as with sourcing tools and platforms (particularly with LinkedIn Recruiter). Experience with Salesforce: Longlist, Shortlist, sending email templates and with Texkernet will be advantageous. English knowledge, both spoken and written, is a must.
