We're looking for a committed Talent and Business Partner Acquisition to join Comarch's team in Milan.

**CANDIDATE PROFILE

- Bachelor's degree in human resources, or relevant work experience

- Knowledge of industry jargon and familiarity with recruiting tools

- Fluent Italian

- Good knowledge of English (B2 level minimum)

- Knowledge of the MS Office package

- Proactiveness and ability to work independently

- Empathy and impeccable communication skills

**YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

You would be responsible for designing and implementing Comarch's recruitment strategy to find, attract and retain top talent as well Business Partner

Your responsibilities:

- Ongoing cooperation with management, sector vertical teams and head office's HR department in the implementation of the Italian recruitment process

- Keep up-to-date with developments on the job market

- Supporting HR activities, including regular feedback sessions, career paths, internal promotions

- Helping management identify and solve problems in the people area

- Supervising new employees onboarding

- Building a positive reputation for Comarch as an employer
