**What you will be doing

As a **Talent Acquisition Partner**, you'll collaborate closely with hiring managers to drive Satispay's growth, reporting directly to the Talent Acquisition Lead.

Your mission:

- ** Partnering with hiring managers.

** Advise and deliver talent to support the growth of Satispay in collaboration with hiring managers.

- ** Building talent pipelines**: Establish and nurture talent pipelines to meet hiring needs, collaborating with the Talent Team and hiring managers.

- ** Reporting and performance analysis.

** Generate reports and analyze performance metrics to track the effectiveness of talent acquisition efforts.

- ** Supporting employer branding.

** Assist in employer branding activities to enhance Satispay's reputation and attract top talent.

Your ideal profile:

- ** Talent acquisition mastery.

** You bring proven experience in managing the end-to-end talent acquisition cycle, including searching and acquiring talents with a track record of high volumes of hiring.

- ** Fast-growing environment experience.

** You have about 2+ years of experience in fast-growing environments, ideally with previous experience in scaling companies.

- ** Sourcing strategy development expertise.

** You have experience working with hiring managers to develop effective sourcing strategies, leveraging LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean searches with full autonomy.

- ** Organizational skills and adaptability.

**You are highly organized, with the ability to work both independently and in a team, and a quick learner, adaptable to new challenges and environments.

- ** Proactive and creative thinking.

**You are a proactive thinker with the ability to think outside the box and find innovative solutions: results-oriented, entrepreneurial, and enthusiastic about taking on new challenges in a fast-paced international environment.
