Talent Aquisition Specialist (Temporary 12 Months)

As **Talent Acquisition Specialist**, you will act as a partner to specific Business Areas/Functions.
You will manage sensitive, complex and/or employee cases, and work with labor relations stakeholders.
As an integral part of the HR team, you will execute business strategies focused on talent management, organizational effectiveness and employee engagement, partnering with internal stakeholders.
**MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Reporting to TAq Lead, the role broadly includes the following key components:
- Helps gathers external business market information and supports lead in advising Recruitment Partners about specific needs and opportunities to support staffing plans and functional requirements
- Researches and evaluates marketing and recruitment sources, (professional/educational institutions, job fairs, websites, publications, specialist search consultants and researchers)
- Supports marketing and sourcing policies, plans and programmes as appropriate to support the sourcing business needs
Helps develop and implement comprehensive search strategies for specific hiring projects
- Talent Attraction
Manages all activities and Account relationship according with Company Values, Code of Conduct, Guidelines/Internal procedures and Italian legislation
**ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's degree in HR area or related
- 3 years'experience in Talent Acqusition
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Strong team working & problem solving skills
- Proficiency in spoken English and Italian
**DESIRABLE REQUIREMENTS
- Post Graduate Qualification in HR related specialism
- Previous experience in Pharma companies
- Prior working knowledge of Workday
