**About The Role
As our Talent Investor, you will primarily work within our venture studio finding exceptional founders.
You will work closely with our ventures from concept to execution, having a distinct influence on the founder acquisition journey.
You will then work very closely with the founders you bring in the studio to help find them a founding team, enabling each studio business to go further, faster.
You have the opportunity to implement your own ways of working, launch & iterate on model tests, strategize and roll out solutions that help us source and onboard founders at pace, at scale and with maximum retention.

**About You

You are a savvy operator that understands how tech companies are built through the

You're a rapid learner, a scrappy grinder, and a thoughtful communicator who is
**not **afraid to fail or make mistakes.
You already know where startup leaders hang out, have given thought to how you might assess
**excellence**.
You chat up people in just about every context, but with a
**genuine **desire to know them.
You're naturally drawn to network with, and add value to extraordinary people.
Your background is most likely varied, perhaps you've not taken a traditional career path; perhaps you've recently graduated and love the sound of getting into VC, but one thing is for sure : you've always valued an environment in which you can learn from as opposed to climb the ladder in, and you've
**always** cared about adding value in the entrepreneurial ecosystem.

At least 3 years hiring experience (from exec search, agency, VC or hiring your own team)
- Experience in a startup environment (bonus if you have founded /co founded your own startup)
- Deep domain experience hiring for product, tech, growth and commercial roles
**What your day to day is likely to look like**:
- Sourcing capabilities: relentless focus on building an exceptional top of the funnel pool for each of the studio projects you work on.
Not afraid to source new talent in the most unexpected places.
- Talent pooling: building a sophisticated tagging methodology to map talent archetypes across our six industry sectors in order to align relevant talent with businesses effectively and seamlessly.
- Representing our brand: you will spend a significant amount of time out in the market meeting prospective entrepreneurs and constantly pushing outwards.
You will always have your finger on the pulse of the market in Berlin and build your own network of exceptional talent
