Talent Management Coordinator
WHAT YOU'LL DO**:
You will join our international Talent Management team that works across our EMC (East Mediterranean and Caspian) geography.
You will support our senior cohorts, i. e.
Project Leaders from their start in BCG and thus supervise the central career processes in the development of our Consulting Team.
The focus in your daily work will be on broad HR topics, from collecting HR-related needs, supervising career development plan, project staffing, etc.
**YOU'RE GOOD AT**:
- Acting as HR counterpart for Project Leader cohorts for any possible need (from career development to training to staffing), collecting people needs and representing a strong Business Partner;
- Collecting all relevant inputs and materials from relevant internal stakeholders to support your assigned cohort in all HR processes during the whole employee lifecycle;
- Taking responsibilities in supporting all career development processes.
In doing so, you will be a core member of the Career Development Committee and work closely with respective Career Advisors.

**YOU BRING (EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS)**:
- At least 5 years of working experience in similar roles (HRBP/Talent Partner) in a structured international corporate (preferably in Consultancy environment);
- Outstanding communication, both written and oral, in Italian and English, as well as ability to communicate/interface with people of all levels;
- Advanced level experience with MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook);
- Attention to details, excellent organization and problem solving skills, attitude for working under pressure and for respecting deadlines;
- Positive attitude, good interpersonal skills, drive, and commitment;
- Integrity, discretion, and high sense of responsibility;
- Attitude to work successfully within a complex matrix structured organization;
- Ability to understand and manage complex reporting relationships and incorporate multiple cultures and to perform successfully in a fast-paced, intellectually intense, service-oriented environment.
