As members of the Talent Acquisition team, we support the needs of VTEX's exponential growth rates.

**As a member of our team you will have autonomy to**:

- Be involved in the recruiting process from the very beginning by closely working with our recruiters to understand the hiring needs and translate them into compelling sourcing strategies;

- Find the right people to the right position;

- Help us to design a disruptive recruitment process;

- Search for improvements and opportunities regarding our Hiring Process;

- Scale the hiring knowledge within the company;

- Scale our process all around the world.

**Who you are**:

- First practical experience in sourcing in highly fast-paced environment;

- Experience with full-cycle recruitment using interviewing techniques and assessment methods;

- Familiarity with hunting on LinkedIn and other sources;

- Fluent in English.
