**What we are looking for
- Market mapping and building long lists for current and future hires
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and documentation of recruiting activities.
- Assist with other recruiting-related tasks and projects as needed.
**Background and experience**:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- 1-3 years of sourcing/recruiting experience
- Previous experience sourcing/recruiting in Financial Services and/or crypto - this is mandatory
- Advanced Sourcing skills - we are looking for someone who has a natural flare for sourcing, and always looking for new techniques for sourcing, including AI.
**Competences and personality**:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proactive and problem solver
- Excellent attention to detail
- Someone who looks for ambitious challenges
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask
- Is fine with discomforts of growth
- Hungry to learn best practices within HR and Talent
- Experience with recruiting software, applicant tracking systems (ATS) or CRM's (or similar)
