Talent Strategy Consulting Manager Company: Mercer Description: Mercer is seeking candidates to join us as a Manager in the Talent Strategy Practice, based in Milan.
The Talent Strategy Practice provides advice to a wide range of clients, helping them to develop their HR and Talent programs and practices, such as leadership and managerial assessment, performance management processes, coaching, and leadership/talent development programs that motivate and empower leaders and employees to deliver their best work.
We will count on you to: Serve as a Project Manager on medium client engagements, including managing overall service delivery and solution design.
Act as the day-to-day lead for the client, ensuring project requirements, solutions, and deliverables meet client expectations.
Lead client meetings and act as a trusted advisor to clients.
Plan and execute project delivery in line with strategic direction from senior leaders.
Delegate assignments to junior-level colleagues and review output for alignment with project needs.
Support to identify new business opportunities with clients and manage the proposal process.
Contribute to the proposition and bidding process.
Contribute to creating client-centric solutions, combining the several services provided by all Mercer's Practices that can empower client's leaders.
Support business and intellectual capital development (Leadership empowerment, Talent Development, Performing Organization, Cultural Change, Workforce for the future, and People Engagement).
What you need to have: University master's degree in economics/organization/management/psychology.
At least 5/6 years of experience in consulting or in HR functions of medium-large size companies.
Experiences and proficient level of knowledge in at least 2 areas of the Talent Strategy areas (Learning and development, HR processes, compensation, HR Organization, HR transformation, etc. ).
Experience in the consulting business, dealing with clients, and working on projects.
Interest and attitude to sell projects and solutions.
Excellent use of Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel).
English and Italian proficiency.
