Job DescriptionTalentia HCM Technical Consultant motivated to combine technical knowledge with typical consulting skills with the objective of creating ad hoc configurations for customer projects and collaborating on the definition of new solutions for the Talentia offering. The candidate will be included in a dynamic team called to deal with heterogeneous situations.

Main Responsibilities Analyze and evaluate the technical feasibility of the new request. Estimate the effort for the new request. Prepare technical documentation related to the description of solutions to be implemented. Make custom configurations with Talentia functionalities. Develop new script rules with C#. Develop client configuration with JavaScript. Make custom configurations for data integration by web service (Rest API) or flat file. Collaborate with team leaders and project managers in defining activity plans. Collaborate with the R&D team to design new solutions. Collaborate with other team members and all actors in the configuration process. Create technical documentation and articles in English. Desired Skills and Experience Competent in C#, with a good knowledge of its ecosystems. Competent in client-side scripting in JavaScript frameworks. Familiarity with Microsoft SQL Server and SQL in general. Knowledge about data security. Knowledge of enterprise tools. Knowledge about the delivery processes. Experience in the HR area is considered a plus. Place of Work: Bari
