Our significant ongoing investment in R&D generates a steady flow of APIs, enabling timely introduction of new products to market. Main Responsibilities and ActivitiesLead the MS&T group at the Santhià site, ensuring necessary technical and scientific support for manufacturing activities of commercial products aimed at process improvement and problem solving. Collaborate with other company functions to ensure effective management of product manufacturing processes. Work with the Research and Development function to ensure robust industrialization/scaling, validation, and reliability during the development phase of new product manufacturing processes. Participate in change management processes, ensuring all changes to processes and technologies are carried out in line with company procedures and cGMP requirements. Support other company functions in case of anomalies or deviations in manufacturing processes, providing technical and scientific support. Lead strategies for line optimization, cost reduction, competitiveness improvements, and new product introduction and transfer projects. Translate the site's plan on projects/initiatives to a detailed production schedule in close cooperation with Site SC. Ensure workflow optimization and implement processes for manufacturing of new products. Understand changes in business needs and translate them into strategy. Ensure quality of all manufactured products and compliance with environmental regulations and standards. Stay informed about TAPI's strategy, direction, and challenges. Be familiar with competition, industry trends, and technologies to recommend creative and innovative solutions. Participate in global project groups. Share best practices, process improvements, and lessons learned across the TAPI Network. Execute product transfers and material changes under function responsibilities. Ensure the safety and health of the workforce. Foster employee engagement and motivation by creating a team-based and caring environment. Drive employee enablement and ensure proper training for competent staff. Lead the MS&T management team, track performance, and develop talent. Act as an influential member of the site management team. Promote cross-site initiatives, teamwork, and collaboration across functions. RequirementsEducation: Chemistry/Engineering or equivalent; PhD preferred. Ensure Quality Management System is fully in place and compliant with current GMP, GDP, Data Integrity requirements. Adhere to environment, health, and safety company requirements and legal obligations. Behave according to company Ethical Code and values. At least 2 years of experience in a similar role. Strong communication skills, both top-down and bottom-up. Fluent in Italian and English, both written and spoken. What We Offer?
