Main responsibilities and activitiesIn the Manufacturing Science & Technology (MS&T) Department we are looking for a brilliant profile reporting to the MS&T Team Leader with the following responsibilities and activities:

Plan and execute laboratory activities with the aim of improving the existing processes in terms of yield, cycle time and robustness. Assure successful implementation of the proposed process changes supervising the activities in production and pilot plant. Plan and execute troubleshooting activities on existing products. Assure closure of the assigned CAPAs on time and support CCM approval collaborating with relevant site functions. Synthesis, isolation and purification of process impurities, STD and analytical markers. Use test execution for new suppliers approval. Plan and execute laboratory activities to support technology transfer and new products introduction. Write technical reports to support process changes and DMF submission. RequirementsPhD or Master's degree in Chemistry, Industrial Chemistry and CTFPreferably 2 years of experience in MS&T/R&D in an API manufacturing companyProactive approachTeamwork capability and target-oriented attitudeGood level of English and Italian both written and spokenWhat we offer?
