JOB DESCRIPTION: TAS Italy WEP Team member (within COO-OFP Directorate – TAS-I) The TAS Italy WEP Team member has the role to support TASI workload profile consolidation, in full harmonization with the S&OP Process (4 cycles per year + the process improvement to be facilitated).

He/she has the responsibility, together with the other WEP TASI team members, to collect the TASI Workload data, in coherence with the TASI Demand Plan defined in the S&OP process frame, for what concerns the forecast data.

He/she interacts directly with the different Domains in order to see the correct workload profile for each forecast opportunity reflected in the WEP and digitalized WEP in Power BI.

He/she hierarchically reports to the S&OP Leader Italy.

Minimum Requirements School: degree in Engineering/Economics Technical skills: Project management, risk analysis, Finance background Tools Knowledge: SAP, Excel, Power Point, PCM English level: Fluent (in speaking, reading and writing) Soft skills: able to work in Team, smart person, mindset oriented to critical analysis; able to collaborate with other Team Members and also with colleagues belonging to different departments; ready to manage autonomously meetings; comfortable in public speaking, accountable and very results oriented; Process improvement attitude is requested Previous experiences in Finance, as well as in Program management, are very appreciated.
