**The role**:

- Collaborate with Finance Director by ensuring that the Italian Softgel facility is in compliance with Catalent Pharma Solutions financial policies and procedures

- Maintaining accurate SOX and L231/01 documentation and controls

- Partner with Corporate Sox team, IA Team and "Organismo di Vigilanza"

- Responsible to prepare the year end Statutory statement

- Organize the Shareholder meetings (annual and quarterly) and keep meetings books

- Liaise with Statutory Audit Committee and Auditors (internal and external)

- Responsible for the quarterly account verification process

- Prepare local tax filings (VAT, income tax, etc) and review with Finance Director for approval

- Prepare quarterly Tax Forecast as required by Corporate Review the Transfer Price documentation with the site Finance Director Support Finance Team on other controlling tasks

**Requirements**:

- Degree in Economics

- 3-4 years of overall experience, partly in auditing and partly in financial services

- Knowledge of Italian and international accounting principles, statutory statement and ideally Compliance (SOX, L231) and basic knowledge of Taxes

- Very good knowledge of English;

- Experience and ability to partner with different external and internal stakeholders, building engagement and strong relationships;

- Flexibility, proactivity and team building skills.
