Our site in Aprilia is currently looking for a **Tax and Compliance Specialist**.

**The role

- Collaborate with Finance Director by ensuring that the Italian Softgel facility is in compliance with Catalent Pharma Solutions financial policies and procedures, generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP), Italian accounting principles, Sox and L. 231 Maintaining accurate SOX and L231 documentation and controls.

- Partner with Corporate Sox team, IA Team and Organismo di Vigilanza.

- Responsible to prepare the year end Statutory statement.

- Organize the Shareholder meetings (annual and quarterly) and keep meetings books Liaise with Statutory Audit Committee and Auditors (internal and external)

- Responsible for the quarterly account verification process.

- Prepare local tax filings (VAT, income tax, etc) and review with Finance Director for approval.

Prepare quarterly Tax Forecast as required by Corporate Review the Transfer Price documentation with the site Finance Director Support Finance Team on other controlling tasks

- Bachelor in Finance and/or accounting

- You have a first experience in a similar role or within a consulting firm

- Good command of English

- Strong communication

- IT knowledge

- Analytical mind
