Discover the Role The Tax Specialist will be part of our Tax department, providing Italian tax services to a wide range of foreign clients.

He/She will be able to give support to other colleagues in the Tax Department as well as cooperate with colleagues in the Accounting and Legal team.

Key Responsibilities Managing VAT refund requests, collecting data and managing communication with the tax office; Researching tax matters and clients' queries; Filling out data into software for Financial Statements preparation; Filling out forms against double taxation for foreign tax payers; Performing mapping for reporting packages (IFRS/local principles); Supporting in checking simplified yearly VAT returns, quarterly VAT communication, and WHT returns; Supporting clients in filling out tax forms for tenders; Collecting documentation for tax inspections.

Key Requirements Bachelor or Master degree in Economics; Good in English both written and spoken; Strong analytical and technical skills; Ability to work as part of a team and manage several tasks for different clients; Experience in the same role is considered a plus; Proficiency in common Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
