Tax Controller is responsible for tax compliance of the Company and reports to the Finance Manager. Responsibilities : Preparation of tax return form; responsible for monitoring and implementing the new fiscal rules, including tax forecast and calculation of advance payment. Responsible for VAT registers, VAT yearly declaration, and all related declarations (quarterly, blacklist, etc. ). Responsible for monitoring and implementing the new fiscal rules, including checking the plafond. Responsible for withholding taxes, including yearly form and royalties; identification and collection of documentation to obtain WHT preferential rate. Management of possible tax audits, including management of tax auditor, preparation of material to submit, and follow-up. Supporting the Finance Manager in the preparation of Transfer Price documentation, including analysis of new Accounting Principles and their implementations. Actively supporting the Finance Manager in the preparation of the tax benefit calculation, including management of tax auditor, preparation of material to submit, and follow-up. Support the Finance team in the fiscal area, investigating issues and finding applicable solutions. Support Operations (CS and warehouse) in fiscal sensitive areas, such as Customs, VAT, and import. First contact point in the company with tax consultants. Requirements : University degree in Economics or equivalent. 3 years in a similar role; experience in "studio commercialista (tax consultancy firm)" or audit company is a plus.
