Tax Manager

Within the CFO, Accounting Fiscal & Reporting Department, the Tax Manager will deal with the preparation of tax reports and tax return as well as ensure the compliance with laws and regulations "Italian & International".
**Key responsibilities**:
Act in accordance with Monthly and Annual deadlines:
- Prepare accurate quarterly and annual tax reports (Actuals & Budget); tax returns (IRES, IRAP, VAT, IMU, certifications and other indirect taxes), related payments, necessary paperwork, and reports; country files in accordance with the transfer pricing regulations; offer support and guidance during audits.
- Support to the business lines and other structures:
- to assess and mitigate the tax impact of new business initiatives in Italy or Abroad;
- International Fiscal management of the permanent establishments abroad and of any other international tax aspect;
- Evaluate tax regulations and suggest policies that diminish tax burden; keep track of industry trends and changes related to taxes.
Main KPIs for the role will be specifically developed with the role holder however these will cover the capability to meet the reporting and tax deadlines.
**Skills, experience and qualifications required**:
- Good knowledge of national and international taxation and national and international accounting standards (IAS/IFRS);
- Experienced in financial record keeping and bookkeeping in industries with long term programs;
- Comfortable in interpreting the accuracy of financial documents;
- Bachelor's degree in business or finance;
- At least 5 years of experience in similar role.
**Additional skill**:
- Problem-solving attitude;
- Good knowledge of Office (especially Excel) and of SAP module FI;
- Fluent in English and in Italian
- Interact effectively with all the team involved in the activities
- create and maintain synergies with the other members of the team in a view to attain effectively the objectives and improve the quality of the work.
