EY's Internationl Tax and Transaction Services (ITTS) practice works with multinational and domestic entities to design transaction strategies that meet the business, operational and financial objectives of our clients.

The ITTS practice is a trusted business advisor to domestic and multinational corporate and private equity clients on mergers and acquisitions, integrations, internal restructurings, divestitures and capital markets transactions, to name just a few of our service offerings.

**The opportunity

**To qualify for the role you must have

- A master's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or a related discipline with a grade of 102/110 or higher;

- A minimum of 5/6 years relevant experience in private equity and m&a, with emphasis on tax due diligence and tax structuring at a professional organization, law firm or in house;

- Self-motivation, ability to work long hours and under pressure with a certain degree of independency;

- Previous real estate experience would be a plus but is not a requirement;

- Excellent English oral and written skills, or the willingness to gain such skills quickly;

- Ability to prioritize when working on multiple complex projects;

- Influencing skills, and the confidence to question existing processes;
