We are looking for a Direct Tax Specialist profile who will join the Finance, Control Credit Department. Main activities and responsibilities:Ensuring a constant update on the evolution of tax regulations in terms of direct taxes, identifying their potential impact for the Group companies and proposing the most appropriate solutions;Supporting in the determination of the Group's tax burden with reference to IRES and IRAP direct taxes (current, prepaid and deferred) at the time of quarterly consolidated estimates and annual closing;Supporting in the management of tax consolidation, periodic payments and annual declaratory fulfilments in the field of direct taxes (Mod.

Redditi SC, CNM and IRAP);Ensuring the sharing of information and details with other corporate areas (i. e.

Group Financial Statements - Planning Control - Accounting Treasury - Credit - IR, Capital Markets and MA - Finance Governance Corporate Sustainability);Support in forecast and cash out tax estimates (accrual/tax) and tax aspects of economic/financial analyses (i. e.

tax rate reconciliation);Support in the management of direct tax aspects in the post MA phase (internal reorganisations or integration of target companies into the Group);Support in the management of relations with auditing companies, external consultants and the Financial Administration;Management and maintenance of tax archives. Requirements:Master's degree in economics, preferably with specialisation in tax law;2-3 years' previous experience gained in structured and modernly organised professional firms, consulting companies or medium/large-sized companies with particular focus on direct corporate taxation;Knowledge of national and international accounting standards and tax regulations in the field of direct taxes for both ITA-GAAP and IAS adopters;Aptitude for study and in-depth analysis, analytical skills and critical approach;Excellent knowledge of Excel;Good knowledge of the English language;Basic knowledge of SAP/Profis/Tagetik systems is appreciated;Precision, proactivity and problem solving complete the profile.
