Overview

**Duties

- Develop and implement lesson plans that align with the curriculum and cater to the diverse needs of students.

- Create an inclusive classroom environment that encourages participation and supports all learners.

- Assess and evaluate student progress through various methods, providing constructive feedback.

- Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and the wider community to enhance student learning and well-being.

- Maintain accurate records of student attendance, performance, and behaviour.

- Participate in professional development opportunities to continuously improve teaching practices.

**Requirements**:

- A recognised teaching qualification (e. g. , PGCE, QTS) is essential.

- Strong understanding of educational theories and practices.

- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with students, parents, and colleagues.

- Proficiency in using technology to support teaching and learning activities.

- Experience working with children or young adults in an educational setting is desirable but not mandatory.

- A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children is crucial.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract

Pay: €1, 200. 00 per month
