- General admin support including but not limited to:

Maintain filing systems and support Document ControlTimesheets - keeping records and issuing to clients and agents on behalf of contractorsOrdering all office items i. e.

office stationery, PPE, equipment etc. Coordinating trainingSupport to invoicing and the finance team, where necessaryMaking travel arrangements, such as booking flights, cars, and making hotel and restaurant reservations. Bid and proposal support including the set up and administration of meetings and support in relation to document checking, formatting and productionSupport to our Business Management System processes and the completion and assistance to colleagues in completing relevant actionsHR and Talent acquisition support updating databases and internal systems, organising and chasing logistics e. g.

interviews, feedback etc, producing and checking standard letters and documents. This role will most likely include line management so experience in this area is desirable.

About you:

- Excellent IT literacy across a wide-range of software packages including MS Office

- Ability to undertake tasks and multitask, using own initiative

- Strong written and oral communication skills

- Ability to prioritise workload effectively

- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and maintain polite and professional communication across all mediums.

- Experience in a large, fast paced and diverse workplace would be beneficial but isn't essential.
