**Team Assistant

Location: Turin

In order to support DTI Dräxlmaier Plant in Grugliasco, we are looking for an employee who can meet the challenges of the international market with openness, flexibility and enthusiasm.

The purpose of the job is to conduct complex office and assistance activities, handling specific topics.

The role is advertised on a part-time basis for a maximum of 20 hours per week.

**Main Tasks**:

- Coordination, monitoring and reporting of cash flow, of invoicing flow and of car pool activities according to DTI guidelines

- Shopping carts issuing and monitoring according to DTI guidelines

- Take care of internal and external customers and visitors

- Administer resources/equipment ( e. g.

meeting rooms, supplies, etc) and order basic supplies (e. g.

spare parts, office supply, etc) according to the DTI guidelines

- Perform and settle organizational tasks (e. g.

arrange events, organize travels, etc) prepare, compile, maintain and check documents according to DTI guidelines, in English language as requested

- Carry out administrative tasks according to DTI guidelines

**Profile**:

- Technical Diploma

- 1 / 2 years in a similar position

- Good Excel knowledge

- Goal orientation, communication, analytical skills and problem solving

- Fluent English

- German is an advantage
