To become the one-of-a-kind company we're shooting for, we're seeking a dependable, dedicated, and accurate team assistant to support teams in need with an array of day-to-day tasks.

A few examples of your responsibilities

- Manage timetables and agendas to ensure efficient meetings and calls

- Attend meetings, take notes, and mark actionables, so that key takeaways and workflows are properly tracked and followed up on

- Provide high-level support to the team, so that Spooners can focus completely on their tasks at hand

- Coordinate business travel and team building activities as needed

This position requires you to work in Milan most of your time.
