**Job Description**:
To be successful in the role, you will have to be proactive and personable by nature.
You'll need to be organised, able to take initiative, be fast and enjoy thinking on your feet.
Day to day tasks might include. . .
- Assisting the General Manager and the team with diary management: arranging external and internal meetings
- Responsible for screening all incoming calls and ensuring messages are being diverted to the relevant department
- Booking travel for the GM and the team as per requirements
- Supporting other departments (FM, IT, HR) as and when required
- Ensuring the office is fully functioning and equipped
- Taking deliveries and ordering what we need for the office
- Working with contractors to maintain the functioning of the office
- Other day to day tasks related to general office management
**Qualifications**:
Previous experience working as an office assistant in an agency environment is desirable but not essential.
