**The Role
**Responsibilities and Duties
- Managing a team, consisting of either Client Managers and/or Client Coordinators.
- Building and developing relationships with your team's clients' main stakeholders.
- Developing effective brand protection strategies for your clients, and helping your team execute them.
Overseeing your team's work.
- You will be responsible for the development, mentoring and coaching of your direct reports, with a focus on technical knowledge as well as business skills.
This includes periodical performance reviews and check-ins.
- You will be responsible for motivating your team and creating and maintaining a positive team culture.
- You will guide your team in achieving the team's objectives, which are related to your client's and team member's happiness, efficiency, account growth and retention.
- You will join your team on client visits (almost always within Europe).
These happen usually a few times per year and are often one-day trips.
- Finding new and innovative ways to better protect client interests
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure highest quality of service
- Attend and participate in client meetings
**Essential
- Bachelor's Degree
- Great communication skills, both internally and when communicating with clients.
You are able to share feedback in a positive and constructive way.
- Great social skills, you are able to form an effective duo with your manager, the Team Manager, and together make sure your team and their clients are happy.
Whenever the Team Manager is out, you are leading the larger team.
- Relevant brand protection experience.
- The ability to manage people (management experience is not required, but preferred).
- Strong account management skills, you have the ability to build sustainable relationships with your clients.
- You are a motivator, coach, and a leader.
You care about your team members' personal development, and you are able to motivate your team.
- You have a problem-solving and strategic mindset.
You can find a solution to any challenge, and you love to create and execute long-term planning with your team.
- You have experience with planning and organizing workloads.
- You have a strong drive for results.
It is your mission to contribute in a significant way to our department and company goals.
- You have a strong eye for detail, and design.
The reports, communication, and deliverables your team sends out looks amazing.
