**YOUR ROLE**:

As the leader of an international team of marketing experts in Italy, Spain, Portugal, and Greece, you will have the opportunity to guide and motivate a talented group of professionals to achieve exceptional results and make a lasting impact in the industry.

- Develop and execute marketing plans and campaigns for B2B products and services

- Collaborate with sales teams to create and execute lead generation campaigns

- Develop and implement marketing automation strategies and tactics

- Measure and report on the effectiveness of marketing efforts, using data to make informed decisions

- Manage relationships with external agencies and vendors

- Stay up to date with the lates marketing trends and technologies

- Develop and execute campaigns with distributors

**YOUR SKILLS**:

- Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field

- At least 5 years of experience in B2B marketing

- Strong knowledge of marketing automation tools, such as Marketo or Hubspot

- Experience with website and social media management

- Experience in working with a sales team and understanding of the sales process

- Excellent digital and project management skills

- Excellent knowledge of English is mandatory; Italian and Spanish would be appreaciated

- Strong analytical skills and the ability to use data to inform decision-making

- Strong people management and communication skills

- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
