Team Lead Operations
The role As a Team Lead Operations, you will play a crucial role in helping us reach our goals by ensuring our operational teams have the best tools to serve and delight customers and merchants effectively.
You will manage a team, measure and enhance performance on a weekly basis, and provide top-tier software solutions to support our merchant success, operations, fraud, and support teams in solving clients' problems swiftly.
Our Team Leads are expert problem solvers who immerse themselves in problems before discovering viable and practical ways to address customer needs.

You must be comfortable working in a fast-paced setting where you are empowered to drive the product vision and strategy for your team, always prioritising outcomes over outputs.
Your missions Lead and manage a team of an agile team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture, guiding them in solving internal challenges and delivering top-notch support for merchants.
Measure and enhance team performance weekly to ensure continuous improvement and achievement of targets.
Ensure our operational teams have the tools and resources they need to serve customers and merchants effectively.
Provide cutting-edge software solutions to support various departments including merchant success, operations, fraud, and support.
Own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for your team, focusing on outcomes over outputs.
Collaborate closely with designers and engineers to explore problems and build confident, feasible, and effective solutions.
Utilise product analytics to quantify issues and ensure that shipped features achieve the desired impact.
Partner with the COO to set standards and achieve business goals.
Work with various internal teams to address issues impacting their ability to support merchants.

Bonus points You have a 4-8 year experience in an Operations vertical, including (mandatory) working as Team Lead You have already worked with some international and/or remote/distributed teams You have previously worked on both greenfield and existing products You are familiar with startup or scale-up environments, where it can feel like a rollercoaster at times French and/or Spanish skills at a B2+ level are definitely an extra asset!
