Join our team now as a Team Leader based in our Vaglio/Potenza Hub - Basilicata Region.

How to contribute to our vision

- Guarantees a good level of availability of the Wind Turbines by acting as a local coordinator to organize the team to deliver what is expected: Annual maintenance, analysis of alarms and implementation of actions to avoid turbine stopped (predictive maintenance), fast troubleshooting, spare parts management.

- Maintain a outstanding level of documentation organization: Work Orders, Checklists, inspections protocols, warehouse, inventories.

- Assures that the Health and Safety of all technicians and contractors is always in the center of the decisions and actions taken.

- With the active help of internal departments, supports customer remotely and onsite and provides 2nd and 3rd level user support in case of arising issues.

- Supports in generating sales opportunities for pre-defined service offers and contributes to planning activities by supplying estimated time to perform tasks, list of materials needs, necessity of specialized manpower.

- Monthly review of Mean Time Between Visits (MTBV) productivity

- Troubleshooting (Unscheduled incidents at Windfarms), First level support resolving issues that arise during execution.

- Service team development in cooperation with planner

- Actively participates in the daily work - performs troubleshooting, planned interventions, etc.

What you need to make a difference

Passion for renewable energy and a sense of ownership to lead changes.

We are also looking for someone with proved experience in Wind Turbines.

To be successful in this role, you possess:

- Fluent/Advanced level of Italian and good communication in English (Write and Speak)

- Experience with Wind Turbine maintenance - Troubleshooting level will be considered a differential

- Willingness to live close to Vaglio / Potenza in Basilicata Region.

- Proved experience in leading position: responsible for team organization, delegation of activities, distribution of tasks, team development.

- Solid experience in team support

- Ability to understand failure patterns and raise questions/alternatives of solution to the Engineering department and other supporting areas - Planning, Quality, Health and Safety, Supply Chain.

- Ability to deal with different stakeholders: customer, internal departments (Planning, Supply Chain, Engineering, etc).
