Your new adventure**:

- You take on the responsibility for the Pricing and Revenue Management Team at FreewayCamper

- You analyze booking, competition, and occupancy data, defining differentiated pricing strategies for different products with the aim of optimizing revenue and profitability

- You formulate demand-oriented recommendations for fleet management

- You support the implementation of pricing strategies

- Your proactive, data-driven approach contributes to the advancement of the department with your ideas and expertise

- You work closely with the Founder Team, Marketing, Fleet, Product, BI, and Business Development Team

**Your background**:

- You have a completed degree in Business Administration, Tourism, Logistics, or a related field

- You have experience in Revenue Management, preferably from startups and/or the mobility/tourism sector, and ideally, you already have experience as a Team Lead

- You possess a strong numerical understanding, analytical thinking, and enjoy developing new and dynamic pricing solutions

- Your ability to work independent and in a structured manner, sets you apart

- You have high quality standards for your work an the results in your team

- You can adapt well to changing circumstances and bring your hands-on mentality

- You have good knowledge of Excel; experience with PowerQuery and BI tools is a plus

- You are fluent in English
