- International and domestic transport

- Groupage through 200 cross-docking terminals

- Less-than-truckload (LTL)

- Full truckload (FTL)

For our office in Oppeano** (VR)** we are looking for a **Team Lead, Italy

**Your Responsibility**:

- Management and coordination of operations

- Active participation in optimizing production processes and improving profitability

- Coordination of personnel deployment planning

- Management of statistics/reports according to own and customer standards

- Compliance with occupational safety measures and safety regulations, legal requirements

- Ensuring safety, order and cleanliness (storage and technical facilities)

- Participation in day-to-day operations if necessary

**Your Background**:

- 3 years of professional experience in forwarding required (Groupage, FTL, LTL)

- Good English and good Italian skills, both spoken and written, are absolute necessary

- German skill or another language skill is a plus

- Good computer skills (MS Office and As400)
