**Job Description**:
We are looking for an enthusiastic Team Lead Sales to join our team of high-performing professionals and be part of our recent business expansion in Italy.
Your role is key to develop and drive the success of our sales team.
You will have to address new accounts and identify revenue opportunities to achieve our targets.
**Role and Responsibilities
- Understand the company's goal and purpose and enhance its performance by reaching KPIs and implementing the right sales funnels.
- Develop short and long-term sales strategies to succeed in the market.
- Achieve sales budget by the growth of existing accounts and the development of new accounts.
- Develop indirect sales network and partnerships.
- Maintain accurate records of sales and analyze data to identify trends, opportunities, and weaknesses.
- Monitor competitor activity and recommend necessary adjustments to the sales strategy.
- Hands-on and being able to support the team selling and doing cold calls.
- Lead a successful sales team by providing training and focused coach sessions to develop sales skills and product knowledge.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations of team members and recommend necessary improvements.
**Qualifications**:
- Master's or bachelor's degree in business, or related field.
- Relevant years of Telesales experience or a similar area.
- Several years of leadership experience, skilled in coaching and developing a team of minumum 6 people.
- Capable of managing all aspects of the sales cycle from cold calling prospects to negotiating contracts.
- You are hands-on and have experience with medium/high velocity sales.
- High attention to detail and proven organization, prospecting, and follow-up skills.
- Proficient working in a digital workplace with a modern CRM system.
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills in Italian (English fluent is a plus).
- Previous experience in a similar industry is a plus.
- Availability during the weekend if needed.
