- International and domestic transport

- Groupage through 200 cross-docking terminals

- Less-than-truckload (LTL)

- Full truckload (FTL)

For our office in Verona (VR) we are looking for a **Team Lead, Warehouse, Italy

**Your Responsibility**:

- Management and coordination of warehouse operations

- Ensuring smooth day-to-day operations in the warehouse (key figures, quality criteria)

- Active participation in optimizing production processes and improving profitability

- Coordination of personnel deployment planning in the warehouse

- Management of statistics/reports according to own and customer standards

- Compliance with occupational safety measures and safety regulations, legal requirements

- Ensuring safety, order and cleanliness (storage and technical facilities)

- Participation in day-to-day operations if necessary

**Your Background**:

- Commercial / Industrial apprenticeship, ideally as a Warehouse Management Specialist

- 3 years of professional experience in the area of retail logistics/forwarding required

- 1 year of experience in managing commercial staff in the warehouse

- Good **German** and good Italian skills, both spoken and written, are absolutely necessary

- Forklift license is a plus

- Good computer skills (MS Office and warehouse management systems)
