Team Leader
Plan and monitor/control the team's processes in line with the department and team plan and delegated responsibilities, distribute the work based on the team's capabilities and capacities, ensuring realization of the agreed goals and output. Attract, lead, coach and develop employees, establishing a motivated and skilled staff to initiate and support tasks and execute them effectively and efficiently.
Execute performance interviews and appraisals, in line with the HR year calendar, establishing a clear and mutual understanding of the employee's performance.
Ensure and actively share transparent, valid and complete reporting on the basis of which effective business decisions can be made. Build and maintain contacts with all stakeholders regarding personnel and business-related matters.
Ensure compliancy to working processes and procedures on a continuous basis, creating a safe work environment.
