RESPONSIBILITIES
Organize and distribute the activities to the maintenance team in accordance with what is planned and with the qualifications and skills of the personnel.
- Create moments of sharing (daily and periodic) with the team on production targets.
- Monitor and control the progress of production activities to ensure that the daily production objectives are achieved in the most effective and efficient way possible according to technical, safety and quality procedures.
Verify and analyze deviations from planning with the depot / fleet planner and arrange any actions to minimize impacts.
- Support the depot manager in managing organizational changes to optimize work practices
- Support the depot manager in defining the training needs for certifications / qualifications
- Management and maintenance of the qualifications held by maintenance workers in accordance with the Skills Management System procedure HRM-TLITA-WMS-001 (ANSF, special processes, enabled to the train maneuver, etc.
).
- Support the maintenance team: -in defining areas for improvement relating to maintenance activities and processes, -in the analysis of incident and non-compliance reports, taking actions to ensure improvements.
- Collaborate with staff teams for continuous improvement (workstation, SOS, fiches).
- Ensuring the handover at shift change according to the company procedure.
- Contribute to the technical and professional growth of his team.
- Ensure the closure of the Service Orders in Rail Sys before the resumption of the commercial train service.
EDUCATION
- High School Diploma LANGUAGES Italian fluent English basic EXPERIENCIES
- Previous experience in the railway industry
- Previous experience in the people management SOFT SKILLS Operational effectiveness: understanding the objectives, purposes and tools of business.
- Stress management.
- Leadership.
- Ability to make decisions, sense of urgency: define priorities and react immediately when there is a problem.

- Competencies in the electronic or mechanical field, good knowledge of technical documentation
