Our client is an international company specialized in SAS software.

Job Responsibilities:

- Full ownership of the development and implementation of the technology roadmap for the SiA platform

- Manage a new development team, including hiring and mentoring staff

- Provide technical leadership and oversee the implementation of new technologies

- Work closely with the existing product management team to identify software, design and functional requirements for the platform

- Oversee software testing and quality assurance processes

- Ensure software scalability and reliability

- Stay up to date with industry trends and implement best practices

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field

- Previous industry experience in software development and in a technical leadership role

- Extensive experience with cloud-based technologies and infrastructure, such as Kubernetes and Google Cloud Services

- Strong expertise in JavaScript (Vue) and Firebase

- Excellent communication and leadership skills

- Ability to manage and motivate a new development team

- Entrepreneurial mindset and a strong desire to make a significant impact in a fast-growing company

- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

- Fluency in English required, knowledge of Italian is a plus
