**Posizione**:

**Team Leader and Project Coordinator

In the context of a Team Leader and Project Coordinator, we are looking for a Team Leader who would be available to relocate for the period of 1 year or more to one of our offices (Germany, Brazil, Mexico, Tunisia or Morocco) to coordinate technical activities and projects.

- Technical coordination of project development and tasks assigned to project team;

- Active presence at the daily progress meetings;

- Taking in charge and daily monitoring the required action plan;

- Interacting with the team members, in order to guarantee the implementation of the action plan;

- Task Progress with the Engineering and Vehicle Platform Team (weekly reporting);

- Keeping the summary document daily up to date (Actions, timing, open issues);

- Daily interaction with customers technical references to discuss issues, tasks on development and project plans.

**Requisiti**:

**Required Technical Skills**:

- Bachelor's or master's degree in Mechanical/ Electrical/ Electronic/ Mechatronics or Vehicle Engineering;

- Management skills, with a minimum of **5 years** of project coordination experience;

- Automotive background;

- Problem solving and troubleshooting.

**Required Soft Skills**:

- Excellent ability to work in a team and within a complex organization;

- Leadership;

- Good analytical and problem-solving skills;

- Ability to simultaneously manage different tasks;

- Experience in working in cross functional teams;

- Availability to travel.

Language skills**:Italian** and **English** are **mandatory**, a third language is a plus.
