**We are looking for a Passionate Team Leader M/F **to join our authentication team based in Milan

Within our future Warehouse in Italy (Milan) you are a real local manager, reporting to the site leader, you are in charge of a team of authentication associates (7 people)

Your mission is to ensure the management and animation of this team, in compliance with our processes and the satisfaction of our customers.

**Your missions**:

As a real field relay for your team, you have the following daily missions:

- Manage the authentication team and manage the daily activity:

- Manage a team of experts, develop their skills, train them, monitor the quality of the department's work and drive productivity

- Supporting and developing employees to ensure that their skills and performance are enhanced

- Performance management : monitoring and analysis of the performance of his team (monitoring of team productivity, monitoring of business anomalies), customer quality monitoring, preparation and conduct of monthly and individual monitoring points

- Animate and manage your team individually and collectively (launch brief, conduct of individual monthly one to ones, feedback and annual interviews)

- Manage absences, monitor and manage human needs and integrations and training of new joiners

- Enforce the rules of procedure and the rules of hygiene and safety

- Development of versatility within your teams;

- Share ideas and be in constant search of efficiency and progress in order to continuously improve our procedures and methods; ensure a good level of communication within your team and report precisely to your manager any issues

- Coordination with the team leaders of the other teams onsite and the company to ensure the fluidity of the information and a positive collaboration

- Actively participate in the reporting of your activity and monitor quality and productivity indicators.

**Your profile**:

- Proven experience in team management at least 10 people - for a minimum of 5 years in a production environment (ideally in têxtiles, or e-commerce logistics).

- Excellent communication and leadership.

- Share ideas and be a problem solver

- Customer oriented

- Sense of analysis and mastery of numbers

- Excel proficiency and dashboard reading

- Fluent English

- Know how to prioritize and adapt in a moving environment, good stress management
