Team Management: Proven ability to lead and manage a team effectively. Project Management: Experience in managing projects, with the ability to plan, organize, and oversee project execution to ensure timely and efficient completion. Technical Skills: Good knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. Language Skills: Excellent English proficiency, both written and spoken, is required. Your role in the team Responsibilities: The individual will be responsible for coordinating the Banking team at Allfunds Bank Milan, interacting daily with other operational groups as well as control and risk functions located in Italy and abroad. This role is crucial for the smooth operation of the bank and requires a candidate with strong leadership skills and a deep understanding of banking operations. In detail:
Resource Management:
Define adequate staffing Candidate selection Resource training Organization with assignment of responsibilities Ensure timely feedback on performance and definition of a growth path to achieve personal growth and a positive return for Allfunds Bank S. A. Operational Management:
Ensure the correct completion of daily activities minimizing operational risk and maximizing customer satisfaction Process Efficiency:
Contribute to the redefinition of processes in order to increase automation, reduce manual operations and converge towards the global operational model implemented by Allfunds Bank S. A. Main Activities Payment Activities:
Management of payments sent/received to/from product houses or made to final investors or distributors Execution of manual payments Analysis of payments and overdraft positions Check management Management of rejected payments and uncashed checks. Possible correction of bank details Corporate Event Management:
Collection of confirmations from product houses Event calendar management Definition of positions in shares Dividends: check dividend options and bank details; if missing, it is necessary to request them from the distributor Insertion of event details Event settlement: management of dividend payments or liquidations, sending reinvestments, merger management Suspended analysis Management of requests from distributors Management of rejected payments and uncashed checks. Possible correction of bank details Liquidity Reconciliations:
DVP reconciliation between subscription operations instructed by distributors and relative liquidity Ex-post reconciliation of UCITS accounts, transitional accounts and foreign correspondent accounts Weekly analysis of discrepancies with assignment of the same to the competent team Reconciliation of tax and commission accounts Billing:
Provide evidence to Finance Other Account Management Activities:
Order integration: verify completeness, insert/verify manual orders, verify the existence of the investor's records, available positions (in case of refunds), respect of the minimum subscription amount, management of the right of withdrawal PAC management Management of corrections instructed by distributors Pledge management Response to distributor requests You must expect A competitive pay and attractive benefits package.
