Role Description We are looking for a Team Leader to join our Data Analytics and AI team.

You will be part of the GenAI workforce, responsible for defining strategy for Generative AI internally, and also helping shape and execute clients' AI transformation agendas.

You should have a strong background in machine learning/deep learning/AI and software engineering, and extensive professional experience as either a consultant or a similar advisory corporate role.

Responsibilities Identify critical business problems that could be solved using Generative AIDefine strategy for Generative AI and how to apply itLead the design, build and be responsible for engineering innovative GenAI products together with our cross-functional teamManagement of the Data Analytics and AI team, mentoring them in order to grow their skills and expertiseContinually iterate and scale Generative AI products, whilst listening to the needs of the clients.

Create technical standards and blueprint for AI scenariosEducate the organization both from IT and the business perspectives on Generative AISkills and Experience Essential skills to succeed At least 4/5 years of experience working with large-scale language modelsExperience managing technical and cross-functional teamsRich understanding of language models and transformers, vector stores and search algorithmsLarge-scale ETL development and engineering experience of high performance, large-scale ML systemsStrong working knowledge of modern software development methodologies and software design pattern (e. g.

end-to-end CI/CD process)Ability to communicate technical concepts effectively to client and partner teamsConfidence to convey technical advice and guidance to clientsBonus points Financial services industry and consulting experienceExperience building applications and use appropriate prompting on generative AI modelsYou are a contributor to open-source and always thinking out of the box tooling, using and standardizing with methods of creating APIs, ML/Ops automation and moreCloud fundamental or architecture accreditationsWhy join Capco?
