We are looking for a highly motivated Team Leader to lead our sales team in the Telecommunications and Energy sector.

Main Responsibilities: Management and supervision of the sales team Training and development Performance analysis and monitoring Planning commercial activities Managing negotiations with clients Reporting Requirements: At least 2 years of experience in a leadership or supervisory role, preferably in the telecommunications and/or energy sector.

Leadership skills , team management, and motivation with a results-oriented approach.

Ability to understand client needs and offer targeted solutions, focusing on satisfaction and loyalty.

Excellent communication skills , both verbal and written, with a focus on clarity and precision of information.

Analytical and problem-solving skills : Ability to monitor and analyze results, promptly intervening to resolve issues.

Teamwork : Willingness to work in a team but also the ability to work independently, with a strong sense of responsibility.
