Located in our site of Cadorago (Italy) and reporting to the Distribution Center Coordinator, your main mission will be the following: Coordinate and supervise the resources assigned to manufacture our products in respect of quality, service and cost requirements, in order to satisfy our customers, and guarantee a safe workplace for our employees.

You will be working on morning, afternoon and night shifts.

In addition, you will: - Direct, train, assign and supervise the work of new employees and less qualified operators.

- Independently solve advanced problems by referring to established procedures and policies.

- Rely on experience and judgment to plan and complete assigned tasks and objectives.

- Monitor and evaluate their team members and adapts training where necessary according to the competence matrix.

- Develop the best talent within their team by preparing structured development plans.

- Acts as a role model for the whole team and as a driver for change.

- Lead and positively influence their team members to work together to achieve individual and company goals.

- Manage conflicts within the team, enforcing rules, giving constructive feedback and maintaining a high level of motivation of the whole team.

- Be accountable for EHS (Environmental, Health and Safety) Standards on the shop-floor.

- Ensure that all the machines/ equipments are being run correctly in order to produce our products, according to daily production plan, service and quality requirements.

- Manages the communication of any topic related to the production environment to his work team and the DC management team.

- Be responsible for managing all records relating to working hours, overtime and holidays, staff communications and training courses.

**Qualifications**: - You have an engineering academic background or a similar successful experience of at least 2/3 years.

- Fluent in English language.

- You are pragmatic and you enjoy the shop floor environment.

- You are methodical, structured and possess Problem Solving skills.

- You possess good interpersonal and leadership skills.
