Become part of our diverse, dedicated and unique team What you can expect The Team Leader Inside Sales is the contact person for the Team Hunting and in particular he/she will be responsible for: supervising the team's activity ensuring the correct workflow and managing workloads monitoring the team's KPIs and ensuring targets' achievement carrying out support, training and coaching activities for employees participate in personnel selection processes manage at administrative HR level the team (e. g. approval of holidays and leave) managing customer acquisition activities through inbound and outbound calls or e-mails providing prospects with information on DKV's services and products supporting and promoting the implementation of new processes or procedures Reporting and data analysis What makes you stand out Preferably> 5 years of sales experience and> 2 years in team management Strong results orientation Data driven approach, familiarity with collecting, organizing and interpreting data (performance, KPIs) Empathetic and positive communicator Team management with motivational and empowerment perspective Good knowledge of English (minimum B2) We are looking forward to your application and to applicants who enrich our diverse culture Regardless of age, gender, origin and sexual identity and orientation.
