What you can expectThe Team Leader Inside Sales is the contact person for the Team Hunting and in particular he/she will be responsible for:

Supervising the team's activityEnsuring the correct workflow and managing workloadsMonitoring the team's KPIs and ensuring targets' achievementCarrying out support, training and coaching activities for employeesParticipating in personnel selection processesManaging at administrative HR level the team (e. g. , approval of holidays and leave)Managing customer acquisition activities through inbound and outbound calls or e-mailsProviding prospects with information on DKV's services and productsSupporting and promoting the implementation of new processes or proceduresReporting and data analysisWhat makes you stand outPreferably> 5 years of sales experience and> 2 years in team managementStrong results orientationData-driven approach, familiarity with collecting, organizing and interpreting data (performance, KPIs)Empathetic and positive communicatorTeam management with motivational and empowerment perspectiveGood knowledge of English (minimum B2)We are looking forward to your application and to applicants who enrich our diverse culture!
